Our ultimate goal is make sure that elderly dogs, having lost their owner due to illness, placement in a home or worse, get a second chance to a good life
We have devoted ourselves to offering a secure, loving environment to these wonderful animals that have been loyal all their lives. Due to sad circumstances, at an older and fragile age, they have been put in a pound. Considering their age and often their medical needs, their chances to get adopted again are very slim.
It is not our intention to have them re-adopted again. "The Golden Basket' means that we offer them their last home where, in a secure, playful and loving way, with the best daily and medical care, they can spend their last hours, days, months ... hopefully years.
